We build software to model the world in full
complexity and reason over it in real time.

We believe the hardest problems in the world are problems of connection. Drug discovery, supply chains, financial systems, and scientific research all live in dense webs of relationships, provenance, and change over time. We are building the infrastructure to model that complexity in full, at speed, and without ever losing a version of the truth.

Adam & Remy - 2007 Adam and Remy as teenagers in their high-school science club

Turing Biosystems was co-founded by Rémy, from the world of computation, and Adam, from the world of biology. The story goes back much further than the company: we met at 15 in our high-school science club, building stratospheric balloons and growing Euglenas.

We founded Turing Biosystems to integrate multimodal data and build digital twins of biological systems. To simulate complex biology we ended up building a graph database engine of our own: one capable of reasoning tasks, deep graph traversals, and multi-hops on very large graphs.

With auditability and explainability always a priority in critical industries like healthcare, we realised that what we had built could transform how organisations handle complex connected data across every sector. That engine became TuringDB.
